Role Overview

We are looking for a client-facing Content Manager & Copywriter to own the day-to-day relationship and delivery for a key SEO content account.

This is a hybrid role combining:

1. Account management and weekly client & team management

2. Delivery ownership for long-form SEO content across a small freelancer pod

3. English SEO copywriting using Technē’s guidelines, AI-supported workflow and tech stack.

You will be the main point of contact for the client, lead weekly meetings, coordinate with their internal specialists, and ensure content delivery runs smoothly and on schedule. Alongside management, you will create and publish a portion of long-form English SEO content to maintain quality and momentum. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning a client relationship, managing SEO content delivery, and staying close to the craft of writing.

Main Responsibilities

Account and Client Management

• Own day-to-day client communication and relationship management.

• Lead weekly client meetings, track actions, and ensure timely follow-through.

• Coordinate with client-side stakeholders and specialists to align on priorities, briefs, and timelines.

• Act as escalation point and maintain a consistently high standard of service.

SEO Content Delivery and Content Management

• Manage weekly SEO & E-Commerce content planning and delivery cadence in line with agreed strategy.

• Brief, supervise, and quality-check a small internal team & freelance specialists.

• Ensure deadlines, volumes, and quality standards are met.

• Keep trackers and delivery documentation accurate and up to date.

• Flag risks early and propose solutions before they impact delivery.

English SEO Copywriting and Publishing

• Write a portion of long-form English SEO articles using Technē’s AI tools and writing guidelines.

• Edit and refine AI-assisted drafts for tone of voice, clarity, accuracy, and structure.

• Publish content in the CMS following Technē’s publishing and QA workflow.

• Select or coordinate appropriate imagery to support article quality when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing long-form SEO content delivery in an agency or similar environment.

• Strong client-facing experience, including leading meetings and managing stakeholders.

• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills for long-form SEO content.

• Confident working with keyword-led briefs and SEO content guidelines.

• Experience managing freelancers or small delivery teams.

• Comfortable using AI tools to draft, scale, and improve content production.

• Highly organised, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• High attention to detail and consistent quality-first mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience working across multiple markets or multilingual SEO environments.

• Familiarity with CMS publishing workflows and on-page best practices.

• Copywriting background before moving into content management.
