Our teams are based across London and Dubai, working with clients on both sides — European, US and UAE markets.


The Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to own social media, content and influencer delivery across a portfolio of premium client accounts based in the UAE and wider GCC.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real account ownership. You will lead day-to-day social media and content delivery, manage influencer campaigns end to end, and play an active role in content production including shoots and on-site activity. You will work closely with the Social & Influencer Lead and the Director of Client Services, bringing structure, initiative and high standards to how accounts are run. This is not a junior support role. You will be expected to manage clients independently, lead influencer campaigns from brief to delivery, and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously without dropping the ball.


Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Own day-to-day client communication across a portfolio of social media accounts & influencer marketing campaigns. 

  • Build and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn

  • Write captions and post copy aligned to brand tone of voice and guidelines

  • Manage internal review processes, client approvals and content amends

  • Ensure all content is delivered on time, to brief and to the standard clients expect

  • Proactively flag risks, delays or scope creep in collaboration with AD.

Influencer Marketing

  • Lead influencer campaigns end to end — from casting and outreach to contracting, briefing and delivery

  • Build and maintain a database of creators across relevant markets and categories

  • Manage influencer relationships, deliverables and timelines autonomously

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives before going live

  • Track and report on influencer performance and surface insights to the team and clients using our influencer marketing tools  

Content Production & Shoots

  • Support content production planning including production decks, schedules and shot lists

  • Attend shoots when required and assist with on-the-ground direction and capture

  • Manage asset delivery post-shoot including organisation, selects and client submissions

  • Coordinate with videographers, photographers and in house teams as needed

Content Scheduling & Publishing

  • Oversee scheduling and publishing of approved content using social media management tools

  • Quality-check all posts before publishing — formatting, tagging, captions, links

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms and campaigns

Reporting & Performance

  • Track core performance metrics including engagement, reach and content performance

  • Contribute observations and recommendations to reporting — not just raw data

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles with client-ready insights

Community Management

  • Monitor comments, messages and mentions across managed accounts

  • Coordinate responses in line with brand tone of voice and agreed guidelines

  • Escalate sensitive issues or enquiries appropriately and promptly


What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within an agency environment

  • Proven track record of managing client accounts independently — owning the relationship, not just the tasks

  • Strong end-to-end understanding of influencer marketing — casting, contracting, briefing and delivery

  • Hands-on experience with content creation and short-form video

  • Confident managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously

  • Comfortable working directly with clients and managing feedback professionally

  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate — this role requires a UAE presence

  • Familiarity with the GCC market and regional audience behaviour

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands

  • Experience with influencer management platforms such as Lefty

  • Familiarity with AI tools and efficient workflows for content production

  • Arabic language skills or experience working across GCC markets

  • Willingness to travel across the UAE and internationally for shoots when required

This role is central to how we build out the Dubai team and deliver exceptional work for our growing UAE and GCC portfolio. We’re looking for someone who can take real ownership of client accounts from day one. You'll be working closely with the Social & Influencer Lead and the broader team across London, Europe and Dubai with the opportunity to grow as the agency scales.
