Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join our growing social and influencer team. This is a hands-on, client-facing, delivery-focused role. You will lead day-to-day social media and content delivery across selected client accounts, support influencer marketing activity and play a key role in content production including shoots and on-site filming. You will work closely with the Social & Influencer Lead who owns overall strategy, direction and client relationships. Your role is to take ownership of execution, coordination and delivery, ensuring content moves efficiently from concept to approval to publish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being close to the work while developing strong client management and production experience. 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Delivery

  • Support day-to-day client communication on execution-related matters across social media delivery on selected client accounts.

  • Build and manage social media content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and LinkedIn.

  • Write or support captions and post copy in line with brand tone of voice and guidelines.

  • Manage internal reviews, client approvals and content amends.

  • Ensure content is delivered on time, to brief and to a high standard.

Content Scheduling & Publishing

  • Oversee the scheduling and publishing of approved content using social media management tools with the support of the social team.

  • Quality-check posts before publishing to ensure correct formatting, tagging, captions and links.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms and campaigns.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Create and edit short-form video content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok-style edits, stories).

  • Support on-site content creation during shoots, including filming and capturing social-first assets.

  • Prepare and maintain organised content folders, selects and drafts for internal and client review.

  • Collaborate with designers, editors or freelancers when additional support is required.

Content Production & Shoots

  • Support content production planning, including production decks, schedules and shot lists.

  • Attend shoots when required and assist with on-the-ground execution.

  • Coordinate logistics such as timings, content capture needs and asset delivery post-shoot.

Influencer Marketing Support

  • Support influencer sourcing, outreach, coordination and relationships.

  • Manage influencer deliverables, timelines, and content submissions.

  • Assist with briefing influencers and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.

Community Oversight

  • Monitor comments, messages and mentions across managed accounts to stay close to audience sentiment.

  • Coordinate responses in line with brand tone of voice and agreed guidelines.

  • Flag and escalate enquiries, complaints or sensitive issues to the Social & Influencer Lead when required.

  • Identify relevant user-generated content or community interactions and surface them internally.

Performance Awareness & Reporting

  • Track core social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach and content performance.

  • Share regular insights with the Social & Influencer Lead and Clients on what content is working well and where improvements can be made.

  • Support reporting and review processes with observations and recommendations rather than raw data alone.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within an agency environment.

  • Strong understanding of social-first content, particularly short-form video.

  • Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar). Experience or appetite to use AI tools to support overall resources is a plus.

  • Confidence managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working directly with clients and managing feedback.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across Europe and Middle East for shoots when required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Experience working with hospitality, luxury or lifestyle brands.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and efficient workflows for content creation and editing.

  • Basic design skills or experience working closely with designers.
